Role Overview The Insider Risk and Compliance Associate conducts Global Security Assessments (GSAs)—comprehensive evaluations of risks across technology, HR, operations, finance, etc.—and leads No Notice Inspections (NNIs). The role involves consulting with Records Management, Legal, HR, and Privacy teams to ensure legal, privacy, and civil rights compliance regarding Personally Identifiable Information, in accordance with local laws. The associate supports the implementation of enterprise-wide standards related to Insider Risk and Compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Criminology preferred or equivalent experience IT Security & Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus Experience in risk identification and reduction in the BPO (Contact Center) industry is strongly preferred Certified Fraud Examiner or willingness to certify within 12 months 3 years in internal, fraud, or cyber investigations Interview and Interrogation training such as Reid technique or similar Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills People management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in investigative triage, case management, and report writing Background in handling criminal, sensitive, or confidential matters Ability to communicate and influence senior leaders effectively Responsibilities Implement processes, documentation, and training for the Insider Risk and Compliance program Coordinate with stakeholders for risk and investigation discussions Lead and participate in GSAs to identify vulnerabilities Support action planning to address vulnerabilities Ensure NNIs are conducted according to leadership requirements Monitor and investigate suspicious activities involving employees, contractors, or third parties Collaborate with management and law enforcement as needed Develop employee awareness and training materials Lead investigations and risk reduction strategies; role may be individual contributor or team leader Accountability Align Insider Risk and Compliance initiatives with global objectives Operationalize the program in assigned regions Promote a culture of continuous improvement and fraud prevention Publish monthly incident metrics and analysis Ensure GSAs and NNIs are conducted as scheduled Monitor internal fraud, theft, and confidentiality breaches Manage and oversee NNIs, investigations, and risk assessments Follow legal, HR, Privacy, and record retention guidelines Manage incident response lifecycle and documentation Drive incident analysis, governance, and learning dissemination Conduct education sessions and support control improvements Location BRA SAO PAULO, Rua Tagipuru, 906, Barra Funda Language Requirements Brazilian Portuguese, English, Spanish Time Type Full time Note: If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents.
