The opportunity The Solution Architect/Technical Leader is responsible for translating requirements for Blockchain-based products into architected solutions that enable high-value offerings across our Service Lines. This includes leading offshore development teams in executing Blockchain products. If you are passionate about advanced technology and eager to learn Blockchain, read on. You’ll produce management reports to support release forecasting, skill development, and transparency. Key Responsibilities Develop Blockchain-powered applications by transforming requirements into architected solutions, selecting platforms, defining functionalities, and organizing offshore teams. Mature promising concepts into prototypes for marketplace deployment. Collaborate with practice and account teams to develop sales collateral, meet clients, and support sales efforts. Define MVP requirements with domain experts, working with Blockchain specialists and engineers to shepherd development. Design and implement new business models based on Blockchain solutions to monetize value. Support and educate Product Owners on backlog grooming and management. Guide teams on self-organization within Agile/Scrum frameworks and mentor Blockchain engineers and developers. Assess complex business problems, analyze results, and recommend solutions aligned with client needs. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field, or proven software development experience. 5 years in software development or systems architecture. Skills in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, and transparency. Experience with Agile techniques like User Stories, TDD, CI/CD, Automated Testing, and Agile Games. Proficiency in multiple programming languages and architectures. Experience with open source development (Linux, Apache). Basic understanding of encryption fundamentals. Experience in software architecture design and complex client projects. Ability to lead technical teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Strong judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with blockchain technology, encryption, or P2P systems. Knowledge of patterns and techniques for blockchain development, such as burn-down and retrospective techniques. Self-starter with enthusiasm for technology and willingness to learn Blockchain on the job. Passion for disruption, technological change, and Blockchain technology.
