Job Description
Job role: CloudOps Engineer Location: Guadalajara, Mexico - Onsite Job Description: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Azure DevOps environments. Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab. Monitor system performance and reliability across cloud platforms ( AWS, GCP ). Assist in the management of source control using Bitbucket and GitLab. Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and contribute to agile project management. Implement ITIL best practices for incident and change management. Provide support for .NET applications and related technologies. Document processes and create knowledge base articles for team reference. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Good focused and learning enthusiastic into new technologies
