IT Help Desk This role is essential in bridging complex software solutions with end users, offering both reactive support and proactive system maintenance. Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues ensuring system functionality Provide accurate customer support using phone, email, or chat to resolve issues effectively Escalate unresolved complex technical problems to expert staff as part of the resolution process Install and configure computer systems and applications for optimal company operation Maintain customer satisfaction and operational continuity through clear communication Skills Proficiency in network troubleshooting and configuration for seamless connectivity English Fluent - French Fluent Expertise in operating systems for effective software manipulation and usability Competence in database management and SQL for efficient data handling and manipulation Ability to use scripting and automation to streamline support and maintenance processes Knowledge of cloud services for functionality and security within virtual environments
