Position: Brand Ambassador Luxury German We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Ambassador Luxury German to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong customer care attitude, is fluent in relevant languages, empathetic by nature, passionate about fashion and international luxury brands, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Languages German (B2/C1) Responsibilities Manage customer relations with Italian and international clients via phone, chat, and email. Provide e-commerce and after-sales support, assisting customers with online purchases. Contract Details Full-time, 8 hours/day (40 hours/week), shifts over 5 days. Qualifications Degree and/or experience in e-commerce, Customer Care, Fashion, or Luxury sectors. Proficiency with IT tools, especially Microsoft Office. Ongoing training in Luxury Brands. Continual language practice and professional growth in the luxury industry. Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive environment. Enjoyment of innovative workspaces.
