We are looking for a Head of E-commerce - D2C to join our E-commerce & Customer Office Department. This role is responsible for defining and executing the overall online strategy and sales (revenue) of the D2C e-Shop for Italy and other european countries, as well as developing the brand-driven commerce experience, with a focus on increasing sales and improving profitability. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive growth and achieve sales targets. Oversee the management of the D2C e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimizing conversion rates. Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and customer data to inform strategic decision-making and improve overall performance. Optimize processes to deliver the greater shopping experience for consumers. Ensure all e-commerce operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to create and execute effective campaigns that drive traffic and loyalty. Collaborate with markets to localize customer experience and commercial activities. Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven experience (7 years) in e-commerce management, preferably in a D2C environment. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and analytics tools. Demonstrated success in driving online sales and improving customer engagement. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
