Join to apply for the Finance Project Manager (m/f/d) role at GRUBER Logistics To strengthen our Finance Department at our HQ in Ora/Auer (BZ) or in our office in Verona (VR) , we are looking for a Finance Project Manager (m/f/d) Core activities We are constantly working by looking ahead and envisioning the changes needed to face the next challenge. Our Finance Department is in the process of redefining its organization, and you will become part of the project team responsible for shaping it in a new, high-performance way. Your main tasks will include: Mapping and documentation of group-wide financial processes and workflows Conception, harmonization, and continuous improvement of financial processes and projects across all our global subsidiaries, BUs, and branches Supporting the digital transformation of financial operations Development and optimization of cross-functional processes and supporting finance teams to effectively use and connect them Overseeing strategic projects in direct connection with top management Fostering collaboration and understanding during a transition period Monitoring development steps and setting timelines Required profile The strength of GRUBER Logistics' financial team is our employees: reliable and autonomous individuals who prioritize teamwork. If you possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, the role of Finance Project Manager (m/f/d) might be suitable for you. The following requirements complete your profile: Completed studies in Business Administration, focused on finance, accounting, controlling, and/or information systems Extensive experience in finance, ideally in a highly digitized/system-based environment Process management skills and familiarity with digitization initiatives and business intelligence in an international business environment Ability to work with cross-functional departments and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Hands-on approach from strategic ideation to execution Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English; German and/or Italian are desirable but not essential We value inclusiveness and the contribution of each employee.
