Responsibilities Maintain and monitor solutions on Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage. Manage corrective and evolutionary maintenance tasks. Configure onboarding flows and routing logic for multichannel interactions. Configure real-time dashboards and historical reports. Maintain integrations with third-party systems (CRM, TTS, voice/chat bots, etc.). Required Skills Proven experience of at least 3 years in maintaining contact center solutions on Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Engage technologies. Good knowledge of SQL and common relational databases. Good skills in Linux and Windows operating systems. Good command of the English language. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in STEM disciplines. Participation in international projects. Knowledge of major cloud infrastructures (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) is a plus. We value analytical skills, results orientation, teamwork, and effective communication for joining our company.
