Project Manager & Team Leader, Trentino Alto Adige Trentino Alto Adige, Italy We are seeking a Project Manager with technical and managerial skills to lead a design team in developing hardware and software solutions for industrial automation products, with a particular focus on motion control, real-time systems, and customer integration. The candidate will be responsible for the technical and organizational coordination of projects, client relations, planning of project activities, and supervising the development team. Responsibilities Manage complex projects in industrial automation, from kickoff to final delivery. Coordinate a multidisciplinary team (hardware, firmware, software, testing). Supervise the development of axis control solutions, real-time and embedded systems. Interface with Italian and international clients for requirements gathering, project updates, and technical validation. Plan timelines, costs, resources, and project milestones. Support the definition of technical architecture and ensure alignment with company standards. Monitor work progress (SAL) and prepare technical documentation and project reports. Hold a degree in Automation Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. Have at least 5 years of experience in industrial automation , with roles in coordination or project management. Knowledge of real-time systems, motion control, PLC/CNC, fieldbus (EtherCAT, CANopen, PROFINET). Experience in developing embedded/real-time systems for motion control. Familiarity with environments like SoftPLC, TIA Portal, or similar. Good ability to read electrical schematics and technical specifications. Leadership and team management skills.
