Overview Post Date: April 11, Job Reference: WEBIT Job Function: Marketing Location: Milano, Italy About the Position Job Summary The role involves supporting the sales team to achieve turnover targets by applying targeted marketing strategies for specific products. It includes continuous support to Commercial Management in pre-sales and post-sales activities, increasing clinical awareness and adoption of Werfen solutions through training, scientific events, and networking with Key Opinion Leaders. Key Accountabilities Manage pre-sales planning for complex projects. Support the sales process by defining suitable technical solutions and sharing pre-sales designs with involved functions. Conduct product training for field personnel and Product Specialists. Promote products through customer engagement activities. Collaborate with the Hemostasis Line Manager to gather market needs for product development and improvement. Participate in meetings with sales and Customer Service to enhance their knowledge. Organize and participate in scientific events to strengthen scientific knowledge, company image, and establish Werfen solutions as standards in patient diagnostics. Engage in scientific days and local events to promote products and strengthen company image. Maintain ongoing contact with the sales office to monitor tenders. Organize training sessions for Product Specialists, Area Sales Managers, and Sales Specialists. Collect data on competitors and market needs to improve product positioning and market penetration. Networking/Key Relationships Relationships will be defined based on departmental needs, including: Internal: Sales, Customer Services, Tenders, Offers, Logistics, Communication, Finance, QA, Administration, Human Resources External: Customers, Users, Suppliers, Opinion Leaders, Agencies Minimum Knowledge & Experience University Degree in Science, Engineering, or related technical field. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in in vitro diagnostics or medical sectors. Additional Knowledge Understanding of the clinical value of IVD tests. Knowledge of diagnostic instrumentation principles for hemostasis. Good laboratory practices, SAP, Office tools. English proficiency at B1/B2 level.
