Responsibilities Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects. Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs; prepare bidding documents. Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation. Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information. Collect and analyze technical requirements of local markets, transforming them into competitive product demands. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical, automation, or related fields. Familiarity with renewable energy power generation or power transformation and distribution systems. Experience in microgrid energy storage system development; familiarity with grid-forming PCS technology. Knowledge of development processes and requirements for overseas energy storage projects. Preference for candidates with 10 years of experience in energy projects (storage, PV, power generation, etc.). Proficiency in reading and understanding English technical specifications and papers; strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
