Building Manager

Yard Reaas S.p.A. , leader in Italy in real estate consulting and integrated property management services, is seeking a Building Manager a partita IVA for its Rome office. The candidate will report to the Building Management Supervisor. Main activities and responsibilities: Manage technical and maintenance aspects of commercial, residential, and office real estate assets; Coordinate various technical interventions related to properties; Plan and coordinate routine and extraordinary maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems; Monitor the overall condition of the properties; Manage relationships with service providers and clients. Requirements: At least 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Property/Building sector; Degree in technical/economic disciplines (Economics, Engineering, Architecture) or a secondary technical education diploma (Surveyor); Knowledge of AutoCAD is appreciated and good command of the English language.
