About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product & Operations Lead to shape the future of our products and ensure smooth operational execution. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from strategic conception to market delivery. Your daily activities will include: Driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of existing and new products, including potential mobile applications and solutions for specific use cases. Defining and prioritizing product features and requirements, translating them into actionable plans. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing) to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. Overseeing operational aspects of product development and delivery, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks and challenges. Monitoring product performance and key metrics, implementing improvements as needed. Communicating product vision, plans, and progress effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Proven experience (ideally 5 years) in a product-related role with increasing responsibility, demonstrating a strong blend of product thinking and operational acumen. A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and various methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. A proactive and results-oriented approach.
