EE Project Manager

Job Summary GreenYellow is expanding its operations throughout Europe. You will play a key role in maintaining a high operability and profitability of assets in Italy. In coordination with the Head of Operations, the CoDev team, and the Country Manager, you will contribute to the realization of EE projects in Italy and will be responsible for implementing, checking, coordinating, and delegating all technical points that arise regarding operational assets. Your Role And Responsibilities Development of energy audits on different types of sites (retail outlets, logistics warehouses, food processing industries, etc.). Establishing the energy profile of the audited sites and identifying the main potential measures for energy savings. Proposal of actions to be implemented and project design (basic engineering, budgets, ROI, etc.). Consultation and qualification of service providers, negotiation of commercial offers, placing of orders, contractual management of orders. Monitoring the work, liaising with management and the technical departments at each site, taking delivery of the work, removing any reservations, and ensuring delivery of installations with the expected performance, assessment, and implementation. Contribution to creating procedures and methodologies of work, in coordination with other team members. Meetings with customers and service providers. Your Profile Technical engineer or higher qualification. 3 to 6 years of experience performing Project Management tasks in industrial services companies (engineering companies, energy auditing companies, Energy Services companies, installation companies, equipment manufacturers). Knowledge of energy efficiency and key measures applicable to each energy vector, particularly in commercial & industrial refrigeration. Highly valued: references or databases of projects/clients that can generate new business opportunities. Highly valued: network of equipment providers, engineering companies, and installers.
