IT Value & Portfolio Specialist

Job Opportunity: IT Value & Portfolio Specialist Adecco Italia spa is seeking a IT Value & Portfolio Specialist for a multinational leader in the energy sector, located in Milano (zona Ripamonti) . The successful candidate will support the organization in strategic planning, financial management, and supervision of the digital investment portfolio, ensuring IT investments and resource allocation align with corporate priorities. Key Responsibilities: Support the development of new processes for constructing the investment portfolio, including investment allocation logic and criteria. Manage collection of information necessary for portfolio monitoring. Assist in gathering and selecting Digital & IT demand, working closely with business units and IT delivery teams. Help prepare dashboards to provide an integrated view for management. Coordinate with subsidiaries to adopt the value & portfolio management model, providing specialized support. Requirements: Degree in Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or Management Engineering. Good understanding of investment evaluation principles and models (business cases, financial indicators). Proficiency in Office tools and reporting tools like Power BI. English proficiency at B2 level. Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills. The contract is for 12 months, in a fixed-term temporary employment arrangement, starting from 14/07/2025.
