Job Opportunity: Addetto/a al Controllo di Gestione Location: Albino, Italy Division: Search & Selection, Polo di Bergamo We are seeking for a company operating in the metalworking sector, a Controlling Officer (Addetto/a al Controllo di Gestione) . The selected candidate will join the administration and accounting department and will be responsible for the following activities: Analysis of warehouse and order valuation; Monitoring machine utilization/margin reports; Development of business intelligence and management dashboards; Preparation of commercial, analytical, and managerial reports; Analysis of financial statements (reclassified income statement), balance sheet, and financial data; Construction of commercial and business budgets and development of hourly costs (for CDC and drivers); Monthly and periodic management reports; Analysis of investment differentials; Forecasting and business planning. Requirements: Degree in Economics, Finance, or Management Engineering; Minimum previous experience in management control (both in financial and industrial contexts); Knowledge of financial regulations; Technical skills in financial and economic control; Proficiency with information tools and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); Flexibility, organizational skills, precision, and initiative; Ability to work independently and in a team.
