Continuously monitor and improve knitting procedures and techniques, focusing on innovation and industrial efficiency. Ensure timely delivery of sample garments and actively resolve issues during prototype development. Ideal Candidate Solid technical and managerial experience in knitted prototypes and sample creation. Experience managing a team in a production or prototyping environment, preferably in fashion or luxury sectors. Deep knowledge of knitting machinery, sewing, finishing techniques, and accessory application. Organized, quality-oriented, detail-focused, with strong communication skills.
