Role Overview We are seeking a Junior Project Manager for Industrial Plants who aspires to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. You will work on a broad spectrum of projects, from designing individual machines to complex industrial plants, focusing on coordinating project management teams. Responsibilities Maintain leadership regarding product compliance within your specific knowledge area. Monitor the development and progress of process/engineering projects during execution. Prepare contractual documentation, review, and implement client comments. Support various company functions in identifying areas impacted in terms of costs or additional time. Identify and report discrepancies, errors, or lack of information to the Technical Director. Contribute to analyzing feedback from sites and develop root cause analyses where needed. Share knowledge across departments and with all personnel. Candidate Profile Degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Mechanical). At least 2 years of experience in medium-sized plant engineering projects. Highly motivated, versatile, capable of working autonomously and as part of a team. Altruistic, generous, practical, reflective, reserved. Willing to travel briefly within CEE and outside CEE countries. Fluent in English communication. What We Offer Permanent contract. Annual gross salary between €40,000 and €50,000, depending on experience.
