The company is seeking experts to support the core team during the project's implementation. Location: Bulgaria. Duration: The intended start date is July 2025 , with a period of 20 months from this date (the Period of Implementation ). Qualifications and Skills: At least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field ( minimum requirement ). Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English ( minimum requirement ). Proficiency in grid modelling software (e.g., PSS/E, DIgSILENT, PowerFactory, or similar) is an asset . At least 10 years of professional experience in power system planning, grid integration of renewable energy, and energy infrastructure projects ( minimum requirement ). Experience conducting grid impact assessments, interconnection studies, and regulatory compliance reviews, demonstrated in at least three projects ( minimum requirement ). Knowledge of grid codes, transmission planning, and smart grid technologies is an asset . Experience working with EU power system operators and regulators is an asset .
