You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) for our product usage . You identify and eliminate potential obstacles in the onboarding process in coordination with customers and colleagues. You oversee upgrades of our solutions for existing clients. You help to improve our product and processes through close customer contact. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects. A structured, organized approach, even under stress, managing multiple tasks. Clear and confident communication at C-level, even in tense situations. Willingness to travel to customers. Native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in automotive or software sectors is a plus but not essential. Why Us?
