Responsibilities include: Monitoring quality control of chemical products Investigating product complaints and implementing corrective actions Identifying improvement opportunities in the QA department Supporting periodic review of internal control procedures Collecting and analyzing quality data for reviews and management assessments Assisting in internal and external audits Developing corrective action plans based on audit findings Maintaining personnel training records in collaboration with HR Requirements: Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Technology (CTF) Knowledge of ISO 13485, Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC, and related standards Experience with disposable medical devices and auditing activities Proficiency with office equipment and software Characteristics: Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills Experience of 1-3 years in the field Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment Flexibility and resilience in facing challenges Effective interaction with team members and external collaborators Offer: Fixed-term contract with potential for permanent employment; competitive salary based on experience; location in Parma province, Fiorenzuola (PC).
