Senior System Engineer – CCTV Market

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the development and success of TP-LINK. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in market products, technical trends, Video-Surveillance/networking technical knowledge and solutions, and a basic understanding of account and project management. They will collaborate with the TP-LINK distribution team and other team members to help develop the business. Key responsibilities include: Designing and configuring advanced Video-Surveillance/networking solutions and architectures; Introducing product roadmaps and new features to partners and internal departments; conducting technical workshops; transferring product/solution know-how; Assisting partners, customers, and beneficiaries with technical consultations and tests; Conducting market research and technical comparisons with competitors’ products/solutions; Testing devices/solutions and providing feedback to HQ regarding functionality; Providing technical support and network assessments on strategic projects for partners and companies; Working effectively within a team environment and supporting other business areas as needed, such as tradeshows, training activities, and customer events. Desired skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in Telco Engineering or a related field; Ideally 3 years of professional experience in presales for CCTV solutions; Strong technical background, including advanced CCTV understanding, IP routing and switching principles, and cloud deployment models; Practical networking implementation experience is a strong advantage; Excellent Italian language skills and good English skills, both spoken and written; Strong social, communication, and organizational skills to manage customer relations and basic account and project management; Team player with the ability to support sales and prioritize cases; Ability to explain technical aspects clearly to non-technical audiences.
