Position: Legal Specialist We are seeking a Legal Specialist with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in the fashion/retail sector. The selected candidate will report directly to the General Counsel and assist in all legal activities of the company. Responsibilities: Negotiation and drafting of sector-specific contracts (franchising, selective distribution, supply, licensing, services, etc.) Protection of intellectual property portfolio (IP) Management of litigation and interaction with external legal advisors Corporate compliance regarding privacy and Legislative Decree 231/2001 Management of company insurance coverage requirements Support for corporate secretarial activities: convening Board meetings, drafting minutes, maintaining corporate books, managing powers of attorney Assistance in extraordinary operations such as company formation/acquisitions Requirements: Law degree 3-4 years of legal experience, preferably in the fashion/retail sector Deep knowledge of commercial and corporate law Experience in managing and negotiating sector-specific contracts Knowledge of compliance regulations (privacy, Legislative Decree 231/2001) Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Sense of responsibility Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization skills Teamwork attitude Willingness for continuous professional learning Offer: Joining a dynamic and international environment.
