We are seeking an Ancillary Services ITA Trader to join our Energy Management and Trading team. As our business continues to grow, we need a proactive individual eager to face daily challenges in an international setting. Main Responsibilities Develop bidding strategies for the Italian ancillary market (MSD, MB, TERRE, UVAM, FRU, Capacity Market) for flexible assets, including BESS. Implement and execute strategies for the group's and third-party assets using our ETRM system. Support scheduling of contracted non-flexible assets (Wind and Solar farms). Create reporting frameworks for various revenue streams related to flexible assets. Monitor and analyze the regulatory framework for ancillary services in Italy to identify opportunities for business expansion (Secondary and Primary regulation). Requirements Proven experience in a similar role within the energy industry. Deep understanding of power market dynamics in Italy. Experience with scheduling and ancillary services schemes for flexible generation. Familiarity with risk management and commodities trading strategies. Knowledge of financial modeling. Key Skills Proficiency in English. Strong analytical skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with ETRM software. Excellent communication skills.
