Job Opportunity: Procurement Manager Our client, a rapidly growing company in the FOOD & BEVERAGE sector, is seeking an experienced and motivated professional for the role of Procurement Manager. This key position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and involves overseeing the procurement function to ensure effective sourcing, cost savings, quality, and supplier partnerships. Responsibilities: Lead the strategic and operational procurement activities, ensuring sustainable sourcing of goods and services. Define and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives. Manage market analysis and sector trend monitoring. Supervise negotiations and management of strategic supply contracts. Manage procurement risks and develop business continuity solutions. Collaborate with the CEO and CFO on budget planning and cost control. Participate in new product development, innovation, and sustainability initiatives. Implement continuous improvement projects and supply chain efficiencies. Oversee vendor rating processes and supplier development, evaluating KPIs. Approve purchase orders in line with production planning. Ensure adequate stock levels to meet production needs. Address issues related to delays, non-compliance, or contractual changes. Monitor procurement value and lead structured savings initiatives. Requirements: 5 to 7 years of progressive responsibility in procurement, preferably in Food & Beverage or Packaging sectors. Strong contractual negotiation skills and experience managing strategic suppliers. Financial and economic analysis capabilities for budget management. Experience in team management and development. Knowledge of supply chain, demand planning, and logistics. Familiarity with Zucchetti Ad Hoc Enterprise is a plus. Proficiency in Power BI, Business Intelligence systems, and analytical tools. Experience with warehouse management systems and supplier portals like Ayama. Leadership qualities and change management skills. Strategic vision and analytical thinking.
