Social network you want to login/join with: We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR department at HQ. The mission for this role is to create value and deliver results by executing HR and development programs for the assigned areas, ensuring alignment with organizational and business strategies. The HR Business Partner will act as a partner and change agent alongside function leaders to build effective relationships, develop and implement sustainable HR processes, systems, and tools, and foster employee engagement. HR Management and Recruiting Process Execution Manage HC budgeting and HR processes end-to-end, from needs assessment, recruiting, onboarding, development, to resignation. Implement solutions such as job enlargement, rotation, enrichment, and mobility to ensure business continuity. Manage recruiting for assigned areas to attract top talent. Coordinate internal and international mobility activities to support development and talent management aligned with business needs. Collaborate with function leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, providing coaching and support for HR strategies and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and company policies regarding employee relations, development, compensation, and benefits. Execute HR strategies within assigned areas, providing insights and translating them into actionable plans. Implement HR programs and tools provided by centers of expertise, ensuring their effectiveness in talent management, engagement, and strategy deployment. Manage communication processes and knowledge sharing across functions in compliance with standards and regulations. Training and Development Management Oversee the execution of performance management and development programs within the assigned area, providing feedback for effective implementation. Guideline & Procedures Management Assess and monitor HR and organizational process effectiveness, develop evaluation reports and performance metrics. Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, guidelines, and best practices across functions. Qualifications Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience as an HR professional within a multinational company. Experience in sectors such as B2B, manufacturing, life sciences, or biosciences. International experience or working abroad is preferred. Knowledge of HR management techniques, methodologies, tools, and data analysis. Budget management and cost control skills. Understanding of labor laws and regulations. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Key skills include leadership, accountability, goal orientation, business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
