This position reports to Project Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of projects with varying complexity and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety, and environmental requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets. The work model for this role is: LI-Hybrid . This role contributes to the Process Automation Business, Measurement & Analytics Division - Business Service. You will be mainly accountable for: Defining, jointly with the Project Controls department, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans. Ensuring that the project follows execution best practices and ABB policies. Effectively monitoring and controlling project progress and resource utilization, monitoring project financials, overseeing invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow. Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, and managing risks, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued. Capturing, analyzing, and sharing lessons learned throughout the project and ensuring formal closure as per contractual agreements. Driving formal acceptance, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer. Ensuring adherence to contract and claims management policies, and successfully procuring required services, materials, and equipment from external and internal suppliers. Supporting Supply Chain Management in negotiations, claims, and project changes, acting as a key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and effective communication. You will join a high-performing team, where you can thrive. Qualifications for the role At least 1 year of experience managing projects and preparing project schedules. Enhanced knowledge of instrumentation related to the division is a plus. Passionate about teamwork, problem solving, and deadline management. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or economics. Comfortable communicating in Italian and English. What's in it for you?
