Role Overview As a Digital Product Manager Trainee, you will play a vital role in developing and managing our digital products, contributing to their success. Key Responsibilities Gather and Analyze Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders and users to gather requirements and conduct market research to understand market needs. Champion User Experience: Work with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that ensure a great user experience. Analyze Performance: Monitor product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Support Agile Development: Assist development teams using Agile methodologies to ensure efficient product delivery. Manage Product Backlog: Help prioritize and organize tasks to focus on the most critical work. Ensure Quality: Coordinate with quality assurance teams to maintain high-quality product standards.
