Role summary The Country HR Partner is a key member of our client services team, delivering high-quality HR business partner services for our clients and their employees. Your primary objective will be to manage all global HR issues, including case-by-case HR advisory services such as terminations, performance management, disciplinaries, and employment contracts, providing accurate documentation to our clients and their prospective employees. You will need to be an HR superstar who can work collaboratively and ethically with our clients and employees to guide them through the international hiring process. You will be viewed as an extension of our clients' organizations and relied upon for day-to-day HR services. Reports to: Head of Global Expansion Services HR Business Partner Support to Clients Handle employee relations queries, support termination scenarios, manage long-term sick cases, and respond to maternity/paternity queries, adhering to relevant country laws. Support poor performance management, including attending performance meetings and advising clients on options that address their needs while limiting liability. Full contract management and employee lifecycle support Ensure all employment documents and templates are correct, professional, and compliant, including drafting, issuing, and revising contracts and supporting documentation. Review employment costs, create payment schedules, liaise with partner countries to maintain service standards, and draft contract addendums and extensions as needed. Assist with resignation and rehire documentation in low-volume scenarios. Collaboration Work as part of a global team, supporting the Global HR Manager, Client Relationship Managers, and onboarding teams. Update SOPs and country guidelines for internal use, liaise with Legal and Compliance, and support sales and client success teams with HR queries. Key Attributes & Skills Results-driven with a strong attention to detail Excellent coaching, relationship management, and communication skills Research-oriented with great organizational skills Ability to prioritize and handle high volumes of work efficiently Competent in international employment law and contracts Desired Qualifications 3 years of operational HR experience, preferably in international business Relevant HR degree or equivalent experience Understanding of employment law, contracts, GDPR, and technology tools like Microsoft Office, CRM systems Coaching qualification and second language skills are advantages To apply, please fill out the Job Application Form below.
