Social network you want to login/join with: We have an opportunity for a Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Manager to join our team in Italy! Based in Fidenza and reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible, in collaboration with the European SHEQ Managers, for ensuring that the site operates safely and effectively in line with current legislation and Tradebe policies. You must establish and provide competent Safety, Health, and Environmental advice and guidance to the plant, particularly to the Operations & Engineering teams. Main responsibilities: Manage the required Environmental and Quality systems & support the implementation of SHEQ Corporate initiatives, tools, and processes. Lead the effective implementation, ongoing maintenance, and monitoring of SHEQ processes. Control the daily SHEQ processes on-site, especially for key site functions (lab, engineering). Liaise with external and internal auditors, assessors, and regulators to ensure full compliance with legal local requirements and Tradebe policies. Coordinate with ARPAE and Vigili del Fuoco to ensure all requirements within the AIA and CIP are met, reported timely, and managed effectively. Provide in-house safety and environmental training to Tradebe Fidenza staff. Support and assist with risk assessments and provide SHEQ advice for complex and hazardous activities. Skills & Requirements: Science degree in Chemistry or Engineering. At least 4 years of experience as a SHEQ technician/manager, preferably in the chemical, oil industries, gas services, or waste management sectors. Knowledge of Solvent Management and Recycling, Environmental Management Services, Process Safety, and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, guidance, and standards. Familiarity with IPPC permits, AIA, and ICP regulations. Ability to apply safety and technical knowledge to complex problems clearly and creatively. Ability to work independently and respond swiftly to operational requirements. Proficiency in English (Advanced level).
