We are seeking a Security Specialist in Pistoia, Tuscany, Italy, responsible for all initiatives and daily tasks related to Loss Prevention under the guidance of the Security Manager. The role involves safeguarding company assets, client goods, and ensuring compliance with security policies. Responsibilities Implement and exemplify Loss Prevention (LP)/Security policies, procedures, and standards. Detect and apprehend thieves according to company protocols. Monitor and investigate theft suspicions and other security concerns. Prepare incident and accident reports, and assist in investigations of policy violations. Support initiatives to reduce shortages, including audits and inventory counts. Maintain confidentiality regarding investigations and outcomes. Participate in special projects and respond to alarm calls as needed. Support stock control and management efforts. People Management Develop training plans for security staff, suppliers, and GXO personnel based on their skills. Stock and Office Work Follow Standard Operating Procedures for stock management and delivery processes. Adhere to all security policies, procedures, and system operations, including CCTV, intruder alarms, and EAS barriers. Requirements Diploma or Degree with at least 5 years of experience in structured multinational companies. Proficiency in Office Suite, fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken). High standards of personal presentation, conduct, and behavior. Team player with proactive problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail. What We Offer Details regarding contract type and working hours will be provided during the interview.
