Job Summary The Coordinator Client Relations collaborates with Blood Donor Recruiters to manage operational activities for mobile blood drives and fixed-site collections. This role involves initiating, maintaining, and expanding the client base, requiring creativity, technical skills, independence, and teamwork. The individual will represent CBC at events, requiring strong customer service, communication, and computer skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and operate within budget. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure all processes comply with industry and regulatory standards. Manage data and generate reports for special projects. Develop marketing and PR materials for blood drives and collection events, including spreadsheets, mailers, posters, and brochures. Analyze and maintain donor collection data. Update website information and articles. Order and manage donor recognition prizes. Coordinate special promotion and recognition events. Handle donor registration, eligibility reviews, and tele-recruitment. Oversee volunteer and tele-recruiter activities. Education, Experience, and Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of administrative or supervisory experience in customer service, preferably healthcare. Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Department background check. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows. Languages J-18808-Ljbffr J-18808-Ljbffr
