Job Purpose The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions which will drive profitable growth whilst increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication to negotiate the company’s offerings and demonstrate Future’s full capabilities is a key requirement. What the role involves: Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in conjunction with regional personnel to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin. Understand customer needs and challenges; formulate strategies within regions and branches to foster growth. Develop relationships with senior management through regular visits. Present Future’s value proposition, including Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, to enhance service capabilities at customer sites. Collaborate with management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to outperform industry and company growth projections. Drive key supplier initiatives to ensure commitments are met. Provide responsive service regarding quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Do you have: Proven sales success over the past five years, ideally with a technical or business degree. Understanding of technical teams, with a record of achieving design wins. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure. Initiative and teamwork skills.
