Job Purpose The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions which will drive profitable growth while increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate with customers, present Future’s value proposition, and demonstrate the company’s full capabilities. What the role involves: Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in conjunction with branch personnel in each geographical region to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin. Understand customer needs deeply and formulate regional strategies to foster growth. Build relationships with senior management through regular visits. Present Future’s value-added solutions and initiatives like the Business Partner Programme to enhance service capabilities. Work with management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to outperform industry and company growth projections. Drive key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments. Provide high service levels by responding promptly to quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to leverage sell opportunities. Candidate Requirements: Proven sales track record over five years in electronic distribution, with a degree in a technical or business field. Understanding of technical teams and successful achievement of design wins. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Highly organized, accurate, and able to work under pressure with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
