Within the Engineering Area, we are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer specialized in avionics equipment such as distribution boxes, display units, and control units. Responsibilities : Designing and overseeing the development and fine-tuning of avionics equipment. Modeling parts, assemblies, and complete avionics equipment, including printed circuit boards, wiring, and electromechanical components. Utilizing Catia V5 3D CAD for design, following principles of Design for Manufacturing, with thermal and structural analysis skills. Managing product documentation such as 2D drawings and BOM sheets using Teamcenter Unified enterprise PLM. Coordinating external resources performing specific tasks to ensure design activities are completed within quality, cost, and time requirements. Personal Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to relate effectively with team members and customers, focusing on satisfaction. Teamwork and collaboration skills. Organized and systematic approach to synthesis and reporting. Effective time and priority management. Proactivity and flexibility. Availability for international and national business trips is required. Language Skills : Proficiency in written and spoken English at minimum level B2.
