RGM Analyst

The RGM function is a strategy team that drives commercial strategy by using available data to make the right commercial trade-offs and drive profitable growth. Your role will be to support the execution of our growth ambition and unlock full value potential from our brand portfolio in Italy. Reporting to the RGM-PMO Manager, you will take ownership in the babyfood category of: Managing relationships with other departments (finance, category & sales), and your supervisor (RGM & PMO) to define and implement our sell-in pricing, promo, pack & mix strategy in the channel of interest Analytics (Monitor and report) on the performance of revenue growth initiatives Defining commercial conditions of KHC innovation products Analyzing sales data, competitive activities/reactions & financial metrics to provide insights and support reaction plan setup in your channel Additionally, reporting to the RGM-PMO Manager, you will own cross-category responsibilities including: Commercial Policy & List Price documentation setup for your channel Management of database & functioning of yearly pricing models Management of XTEL/SAP for pricing & promotions Qualifications Hard Skills University Degree in a relevant field At least 1 year of experience in RGM or analytical roles, preferably in FMCG Ability to partner with the business, provide insights, and craft engaging presentations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure Proficiency in Excel; experience with Nielsen/IRI/Kantar is a plus Knowledge of commercial KPIs (ROS, WD, TDP) is advantageous Professional proficiency in English and Italian Professional Attributes Analytical: Ability to translate complex data into simple solutions with an analytical approach Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with senior management and diverse partners Ability to Simplify: Skill in providing straightforward solutions to complex challenges Project Management: Organized, structured, with a clear overview of deliverables; capable of managing multiple projects successfully Commercial Sense: Proactive in identifying opportunities to expand business and achieve targets What we offer: Ambitious career growth opportunities Competitive salary and above-market bonus structure 1-year temporary contract Flexible hybrid working model Opportunities to contribute innovative ideas Location Milano Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – committed to diversity and inclusion.
