Role Overview As a Digital Product Manager Trainee, you will be a vital part of our team, contributing to the development and success of our digital products. Key Responsibilities Gather and Analyze Requirements: Work with stakeholders and users to gather requirements and conduct market research. Understanding market needs is crucial for our success. Champion User Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Ensuring a great user experience is key to our product's success. Analyze Performance: Monitor key product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Support Agile Development: Work with development teams using Agile methodologies to ensure efficient product delivery. Manage Product Backlog: Assist in prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog. Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure the most important work is completed first.
