We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Technical Product Specialist and App Delivery Analyst to join our Insight Investment team . This role is in Chennai, TN – HYBRID. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: User Engagement and Training: Proactively engage with business users across all levels to understand their needs and provide tailored training sessions on Microsoft 365 applications. Ensure that users are aware of and can effectively use the features and functionalities of these tools. Adoption Strategy: Help develop and implement strategies to drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 applications within the organisation, with appropriate metrics to explain progress and business value to a senior audience. Work with the Product Owner to create a compelling vision and roadmap for the digital workplace. Power User Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 applications at a 'power user' level. Showcase the art of the possible with these tools and help users discover features they may not be aware of. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about new features and updates in Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration technology. Share this knowledge with users through regular training sessions, workshops, and communication channels. Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner, IT Service Desk, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration and support for Microsoft 365 applications. Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and drive consistency in the use of these tools including SharePoint integration and support. Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from users on their experience with Microsoft 365 applications and identify areas for improvement. Work with the Product Owner to refine the adoption and training strategy based on user feedback. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, training materials, and FAQs, to support users in their journey with Microsoft 365 applications. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 6 years of expertise into Production support Bachelor's degree or equivalent Expertise in Microsoft 365 Applications: Extensive experience and proficiency in using Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Forms, Viva Engage, CoPilot, and PowerApps. Training and Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to engage and educate users at all levels of the organisation. Proactive and Engaging: A proactive approach to user engagement, with the ability to build relationships and understand the needs of diverse user groups. Continuous Learning: A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest features and trends in Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration technology. Collaboration and Teamwork: Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams and share best practices. Understanding of agile technology team practices. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation and training materials. At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
