Project Lead

Starting in September , we’re looking for a Freelance Project Lead to deliver key engineering projects for a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector — with an assignment running at least until the end of the year . You will work as a Freelance MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the pharma industry. Job Description: Lead and support engineering projects (e.g., facility modifications) within a regulated, GMP-compliant environment. Design technical solutions and implementation plans. Prepare and communicate technical specifications, plans, and documentation. Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance in collaboration with HSE teams. Support testing and validation activities to verify project deliverables. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in project engineering. Requirements: Master’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences . 5 years of experience independently leading technical projects. Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Proficient in MS Office. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
