Project Manager – Fire Protection (Sprinkler Systems) Primarily based in the Netherlands (Antwerp office also an option) | Hybrid Work Regular Travel | €4,000–€6,000 Car Fuel Card 13.92 months salary We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead fire protection projects across logistics and warehouse sites, managing both technical and on-site teams with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. The Role You’ll oversee full-cycle project delivery with budgets ranging from €200,000 to €4 million. Each project includes: An internal engineer handling drawings and calculations One main subcontractor 6–12 subcontractors on-site handling installation and labor Your week will typically include: 2–3 days of travel (usually 2–3 hours each way) to project sites Some office presence (Netherlands or Antwerp) to align with engineers Flexibility to work from home and manage your own schedule What We’re Looking For Experience with sprinkler systems is a major plus Open to similar technical backgrounds or junior profiles with strong motivation to learn Solid communication and coordination skills Fluency in Dutch is required; English proficiency also needed What’s Offered Competitive salary of €4,000–€5,750/month Company car, fuel card, and phone 13.92 months salary full benefits package A flexible, stable, and people-focused work environment Full autonomy to plan your own time and take ownership of your projects Interested?
