Project Manager

Client: HCL Tech Role- Feature Engineer-IT integrator. Location – Brussles, Belgium Onsite Opportunity Contract – 5month duration Job Description: Feature Engineer – IT Integrator Skills required: Work closely with architects and being able to challenge proposed solutions from delivery point of view. Proposing alternative solutions if this is appropriate. Being able to transform high level architectures into more detailed solutions (which then can be broken down into more concrete solutions by analysts) Being able to contribute to the solutioning of integrations with existing applications. Experience in managing IT projects (design/build/implement of home build applications integrated in an existing multi system IT landscape) “Shaping” projects in terms of features/releases/roadmaps/timelines/… and required project organization. Making the right choice in term of project lifecycle (Agile, waterfall, …). Align the approach with stakeholders and get their commitment. Manage the project team (work break-down, delegation, follow-up and monitoring; progress reporting, risk assessment and all the other good habits of project management.
