Pharmacy Assistant

For one of our clients we are looking for Assistants in Pharmaceutics with a focus on Technical support and customer training. Start date: ASAP Languages: Dutch (Native) & French (B2-C1) Location: work location at client side will be the Flanders, HQ for support activities will be in Gosselies (Charleroi Area) Remote work is possible, can be negotiated during interview Function: Technical support and onsite/remote training for customers with software-related questions. Support and training in pharmacies. Drafting or recording training material. Understanding of the problems that arise, drafting understandable requests for the development team. Continuous training on the software tools offered by the company. What you offer: You are bilingual in Dutch and French You are motivated and enjoy customer contact You have a diploma as a pharmacy assistant or equivalent experience.
