Lead React Developer

We're working with a scale-up company aiming to tackle one of the world’s biggest challenges—pollution. They are developing a SaaS application that allows businesses to measure, track, and reduce their environmental footprint. Backed by a team of passionate engineers, data scientists, and cloud specialists, they are now looking for a seasoned React developer to elevate their front-end. You will play a crucial role in not only shaping the architecture and performance of the platform, but you will also get the chance to work one-on-one with more junior and medior developers to act as a mentor. Responsibilities: Developing complex features and optimizing the React-based application for performance Working with designers and backend engineers to improve user experience Writing clean code with TypeScript Guiding junior developers and conducting code reviews Play a part in testing and occasionally in 1st and 2nd line support Collaborating on technical architecture and decision-making for new features Your Profile: Strong experience with React & TypeScript (must-have) Experience with Next.js (a big plus) Skills in Docker & Node.js (nice to have) Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.) Knowledge of modern CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments is a plus The Offer: Contribute to a genuinely meaningful and impactful application The opportunity to shape a product from the ground up Chance to take steps into management/lead role Between €4-€6.5k dependent on experience Full benefits package including mobility benefits and stock options 4 days remote work
