Job Description The Project Superintendent - Top ENR GC - Asheville will be expected to: Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, setting clear milestones and deadlines. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with client objectives. Site Management: Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring the project remains within budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering solutions when necessary. Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing timely updates and addressing issues as they arise. Prepare and submit progress reports, daily logs, and incident reports. Change Order Management: Evaluate and process change orders in collaboration with project managers and clients, ensuring proper documentation and execution of changes. Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate labor, materials, and equipment to keep the project moving forward efficiently. Forecast resource needs and ensure timely material deliveries. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections to ensure that work adheres to project specifications and industry standards.
