Responds to Service Requests: Reviews service work orders, clarifies details, understands billing expectations, and schedules customer visits for smaller or less complex projects. Assesses and Diagnoses Issues: Meets with customers on-site, inspects areas of concern, and determines appropriate repair solutions. Executes Repairs and Orders Materials: Performs repairs under $2,000, orders materials as needed, and ensures the service vehicle is stocked with commonly used items. Delivers Quality Work and Customer Satisfaction: Completes repairs to company standards, ensures customer satisfaction, and thanks customers for their business. Handles Payments and Closes Work Orders: Collects payments per agreement, coordinates with billing when needed, and communicates job completion and unexpected issues to the Service Scheduler.
