The Role – Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor You’ll join the firm’s growing non-contentious construction team, working on JCT contracts and associated development documentation for high-profile clients. The work spans from bespoke agreements to large-scale developments valued at £200 million. Key responsibilities include: Drafting and negotiating JCT building contracts, warranties and appointments Advising developers, funders and contractors on construction and development matters Managing a varied portfolio of commercial real estate and finance-linked projects Participating in business development and client relationship-building Mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal training initiatives Playing a part in the firm’s continued strategic growth ✅ About You: You should be a qualified solicitor with a passion for non-contentious construction law and a desire to grow within a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
