Typically, you will have at least 6 years' post-qualification experience, ideally from a leading law firm or in-house within asset finance, or banking subject matter expertise across a broad range of financial law issues bring strong commercial acumen aligned with senior legal roles in the industry substantial experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial/finance agreements in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with senior internal stakeholders and partnership-level external counsel. As for your skills: Strong technical expertise in structuring and negotiating complex financial and corporate transactions, with sound commercial judgment and regulatory awareness ability to analyse complex legal issues and deliver practical, solutions-focused advice attention to detail and accuracy in legal drafting in negotiating complex financial agreements and achieving favourable outcomes while maintaining strong relationships at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment and persuasive communicator, able to influence and advise at senior/executive levels, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a positive, can-do attitude interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and experience working cross-functionally and with external stakeholders.
