Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Assurance Manager to enhance and improve our current management system and ensure alignment with ISO standards such as ISO 9001. This role is crucial as the integrated management system is the heart of our business, encapsulating the 'how' of all our operations. Own and maintain the integrated management system within the business. Ensure the management system aligns with ISO standards, including ISO 9001. Enhance and improve the current management system to support business operations. Manage and oversee systems and data management processes. Utilise database management systems to maintain data integrity and security. Analyse and visualise data using tools such as Power BI and Visio. Leverage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for system improvements. Lead data integration and migration projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system effectiveness and efficiency. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement Qualifications Proven experience in managing complex IT systems and infrastructure, with a focus on business system integration and process optimisation. Strong background in ERP systems, CRM solutions, and system optimisation, with specific experience in platforms like Power BI being highly desirable. Strong background in Microsoft SharePoint and its Microsoft 365 interdependencies. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 3-5 years of experience in management system control and data management. Proficiency in database management systems. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with data integration and migration projects. Agile and Waterfall methodologies used across software and physical systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Resilience and adaptability in managing change, especially when dealing with resistance or pushback from teams accustomed to existing systems.
