Job Description

A high-growth, UK-headquartered digital media company is seeking a Regulatory Counsel to join its expanding legal & compliance team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer with experience in litigation, criminal, or regulatory law to move in-house and work at the cutting edge of online safety, compliance, and legal strategy. You’ll be advising on high-impact legal matters and helping to shape processes that support global operations. Key responsibilities: Responding to law enforcement and regulatory information requests (e.g. subpoenas, warrants, data sharing requests) Supervising internal analysts and managing legal disclosure workflows Supporting litigation strategy and responding to legal complaints Advising on GDPR and data-sharing matters Drafting internal guidance, templates, and policies Contributing to wider legal projects, including research, policy development, and process improvements Ideal candidate profile: Qualified solicitor with approximately 1-3 PQE (other levels will also be considered) Exposure to litigation, criminal, compliance, trust & safety or regulatory work Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills A team-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving business environment Why apply?
