ASHP Sales Consultant | Remote | 6-Month Contract | Inside IR35 | 2 Positions Available We are currently seeking two Sales Consultants to join a leading team within the renewable energy sector on a 6-month contract (Inside IR35) , working fully remote . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their experience and build their profile in a consultative sales environment, with potential progression into Solar and Battery sales . As an ASHP Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering sales targets by engaging with warm leads, offering tailored solutions, and securing compliant, customer-focused sales. Key Responsibilities: Manage and convert warm leads into ASHP sales through consultative selling. Assess property suitability and advise customers on the best solutions for their home and lifestyle. Produce accurate quotes and guide customers through the sales process. Follow up on outstanding quotes to maximise conversion rates. Collaborate with technical and compliance teams to resolve post-sale queries. Ensure all sales activities meet FCA compliance and Consumer Duty standards. Maintain accurate records using CRM and call recording software. Complete mandatory company training as required. What We’re Looking For: Experience in consumer sales (ideally solutions-based: ASHP, Solar, Battery). Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills. Familiarity with IT systems used in property assessments. Knowledge of air source heat pump solutions. Previous experience within an MCS organisation. Comfortable in consumer-facing roles with excellent communication skills. Desirable: Experience using CRM systems, Excel, and other relevant software.
